The Fox And Hounds and The Fox Brewery -- our kind of pub on Station Road and, the other side of the car park, a matching brewery.

Of course, we like The Bushel & Strike too, on Malthouse Crescent.

Norfolk Lavender -- perfumes from plants! Much agriculture may smell of pig muck, but not this sector of the industry. Norfolk Lavender has 100 acres under cultivation in north-west Norfolk with the factory (and visitor's centre, and gift shop, and tearoom) being in the eastern outskirts of Heacham.

Drove Orchards -- quite apart from the orchards with over 150 varieties of apples, there's a big farm shop on the A149 (the coast road) between Holme and Thornham. There's a map on the their website, on the "contact us" page instead of the "visit our shop" page. This webmaster owns a TomTom satnav: try 52.95896°N, 0.56119°E.

RSPB Snettisham -- "The RSPB's Snettisham reserve gets you close to the wild heart of The Wash -- the UK's most important estuary for wildlife".

The Muckleburgh Collection -- "The Muckleburgh Collection is the UK's largest privately owned working Military Collection with 16 Tanks all in working order. Why not come and visit us by landing at our airstrip, there's so much to see!" Near Weybourne. You can do tank driving here. There is substantially more to the musuem than just the tanks. As for the airstrip ... "If you have the capabilities why don't you visit us by air? First established in 1936 as a base for the Target Towing Aircraft, whose task it was to operate with the Army Anti-Aircraft Gunnery practice group at Weybourne. It was listed as the smallest airfield in the Royal Air Force."
